PT sessions can really enhance your fitness and help you reach your goals.
Keith is a fully qualified, fully insured and a very experienced Personal Trainer and understands the needs of individuals when it comes to training. I  love training groups but also find PT very rewarding when I can literally transform your personal fitness by working on your specific goals, needs and deliver programs for these. 

What are the benefits of PT?
  1. Improved exercise technique: I can really focus on your form and technique to use during your workouts so you can stay safe, injury-free and really benefit from every fitness session you undertake. Performing exercises correctly and efficiently will also maximise results. 

  2. Aid with specific goals: As well as helping you set realistic goals, PT sessions are the perfect tool to help you achieve a specific goal. This is ideal for those who are training for a specific event such as runs or competitions, or need to achieve a certain level of fitness before they are able to do something they really want.

  3. Address muscle imbalances and weaknesses: PT sessions will help correct any imbalances you may have and we all have these as we are more dominant on one side, usually your right side if you are right handed/footed. We also all have muscle weaknesses and this again is natural as we often avoid exercises and activities we are not as good at so our PT sessions can help improve these areas too. 

  4. Overcome plateaus: When you hit a plateau in your exercise routine, it can be hard to push through and stay motivated. A PT session can help you understand why you hit a plateau and find ways for you to work through it and see more results.
  5. Everybody is different, and that means everyone’s abilities and requirements are different when it comes to exercise. This could be anything from having an old injury that requires special exercises to having a phobia that may impact on where or how you workout.
